About Me

Farmer Dave: Mancos, Colorado, United States; Up until my late 20's i was pretty focused on pottery. While living in Chicago I worked 2 seasons at The Resource Center's "City Farm". The work was difficult and the location (Division and Clyborne) was also difficult but I still got hooked on farming. When I left Chicago I drove around the southwest for six months looking for a place to start a farm. Durango was welcoming and the area is beautifull so here i am. I like teaching farming and pottery, doing stuff outdoors, visiting cities, traveling, good food, and good music. The different pages in this blogsite pretty much cover those things in more detail. Hope you find the reading worthwhile.....
